my question is because I have not managed to add new properties from the front of the page, even when I walk in as a registered user. is that in trying to save the property nothing happens, as Fix this problem?

Check the button "Show button [Add house]" in Setting Frontend page (admin). Choose for which categories of users allow show button [Add house] and select multiple user groups for rights settings by using CTRL + click.
