Hi, I've tried to installl ONLY the template Free Estate, June 2014:
ª By uploading the template provided in http://ordasoft.com/free-estate-free-real-estate-template-2014 (this broke mi site because I found that it's a complete Joomla installer
ª By decompressing and uploading the directory freeestate to templates/freeestate. System doesn't recognize it.
ª By increasing max_file_uploads from 10 to 32 Mb.
Please help me and consider in the future to pack Only The Template.

Hello, Alfredo

Try install template with Quickstart Package. Installing Quick Start package you get the same site as at the demo version. Quick Start package contains an entire Joomla installation and already configured Joomla template and extensions which we used on the demo site. Installing Joomla Template via Extension manager doesn't include sample date. You will need by your self to install and configure all extensions.

Installing Quick Start is not the solution.
I'll wait response in order to re-start developing my site with the Component Real Estate Manager PRO 3.0

It means that when I installed Quickstart I've installed a New version of Joomla, erasing the original installation.

Free Estate - is clean free real estate template for Joomla 3.3. You must have Joomla 3.3.
Yes, if you installed Quickstart, you installed entire Joomla installation and already configured Joomla template and extensions which we used on the demo site. All this information, you can find on our site.
