BookLibary Component Support

When I try and update the component, I get the following error. Not sure why I am getting a duplicate column name error.

Duplicate column name 'fk_authors' SQL=ALTER TABLE het_booklibrary ADD COLUMN fk_authors varchar(100) NOT NULL default 0, ADD COLUMN associate_book varchar(255) default 0, ADD FOREIGN KEY (`fk_authors`) REFERENCES het_booklibrary_authors(`id`)


I get the same error, whether I load the package file or install from directory

Hello,

1) For update you need install BookLibary Component under your previous version.

2) What version of BookLibary Component do you have and what version do you use for update - Pro Shop or Pro?

3) Try install new package on a pure Joomla, without any extensions and templates.

So let me take these one at a time.

Joomal 3.4.4

1) For update you need install BookLibary Component under your previous version.
I have v 3.1 ShopPro installed. I am not sure what you mean by "you need install BookLibary Component under your previous version". I am trying to install the update using Extension Manager. I started by installing com_booklibrary_shop_pro3.5_2015_09_24.zip and the first error that comes up is:

Table 'hetxxxx_test.het_vehiclemanager_const' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE het_vehiclemanager_const ADD UNIQUE (`const`)

When I try and go to booklibrary (/administrator/index.php?option=com_booklibrary) It comes up with a blank screen.

When I go back to Extension Manager and try to install it again. I get the following error:
Duplicate column name 'fk_authors' SQL=ALTER TABLE het_booklibrary ADD COLUMN fk_authors varchar(100) NOT NULL default 0, ADD COLUMN associate_book varchar(255) default 0, ADD FOREIGN KEY (`fk_authors`) REFERENCES het_booklibrary_authors(`id`)

I should also mention we are tied in with VirtueMart as well.
