Setting Frontend management 7 Years, 6 Months ago

hello
I have installed the booklibrary component and it works well for a registred member or a superuser member.
But I would like to configure the setting Frontend with another joomla user group I had created, the biblio group which will manage creation book, lend and all the other operations.
The registred members could only lend books.
I tryed a lot of setting but not possible to manage books or lend with this new user group. It's always as like a standard registred member.
Can you tell me what is the good joomla user configuration for this. Have you got a doc about this operation.

Hello,

Thank you for choosing our product.

You can allow biblio group creation book, lend and all the other operations using BookLibrary : Settings Frontend.

Go to admin area - components - BookLibrary : Settings Frontend and for Show Lend status - choose Yes.

and Allow Lend Requests choose your group biblio.

The same for Show Add book button - chose Show and your group biblio.

It will be available only for that group.

Move in this way.

If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us too.

Hello Taras
Thank's for your answer but I already followed your description.
- for Allow Lend Requests I choosed the group registred and it's OK I can lend a book with a simple member login
- for Show Add book button I choosed the group biblio and it's KO, I dont see this add book button with the biblio menber login

When I'm connected with my super user login, I can see this Add book Button.

So what is the joomla right good definition for this biblio group?
Is there a special def in the system/configuration/riht parameters?

Thank you for an explanation.

Regards.

Dear JP,

Sorry, as I know there is no special settings in the system/configuration/riht parameters.

All possibilities I have described.

So, all setting for Joomla you can see in Joomla, the same for booklibrary.

If you need any special development you write on our contact form

ordasoft.com/contact-us-form

If you will have any other questions, please ask.
Best Wishes,
