Since you forum-software is as "professional" as your plugin, I will send a picture with my question to avoid the "forbidden access"-error on your forum AND your "contact us"-form.

Of course you will get no FTP-Access, because it is not necessary for the problem at hand.

Its the up-to-date joomla-version with only your plugin installed.

I will send you the credentials for an admin-user named OrdaSoft with an link through your contact form.

Don't get me wrong, I like your plugin a lot. But it seems to have some issues for me that I want to verify until I buy the pro-version.
