Hi,
Not quite sure if it is on purpose.

Is there a way to make the ISBN number not mandatory when using the book request function in the Front End?

My users use the request form often to request books that do not have an ISBN number.

I have tried "wildcards" like using "0" 10 or 13 times but it does not work. It displays always the "Error fetching info"

Is there a way to solve that i.e. ISBN not mandatory or not fetching new requests?

Hello ,

ISBN number - in booklibrary mportant only if you fetch info from amazon.
If you manual add info - you may set anything.
But for field "fetch info from" - you need set "from my own"
