lend request questions 3 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0  
1.When a user makes a lend request from the website, the final message says something like - thanks for the lend request, we'll get back to you. But on our end, when we "approve the request" there is no email sent to the user ?

2. If a member wants to renew, they send in another Lend Request. So what steps should we take? Do we first "check in" the book since the original lend request was for a date that has passed. And then do a new "Lend Request" with an updated date request?is there any easy ay to renew/reissue?

In book library you has option in BookLibrary setting - for send or not to user reply with Rent request solution.

2. If a member wants to renew, they send in another Lend Request. So what steps should we take?
He may do exactly as for first rent request, or connect witj admin with help contact form or some other.
And admin may edit current user RENT for that books, As example admin may set other date.

Thanks for your reply but please could you let me know where this option is? I am not finding this option in my booklibrary component backend or front end setting in free version??

Hello,

Send email notification - exist only in BookLibrary Pro or shop version.
