I have two problems that you can see in the attached images.
When I installed your free version everything was perfect. Once I uninstalled and installed the paid version I have two errors, Google+ and Facebook Send.

1) Did you configure for Send message button Facebook Application ID?

2) As you can see from demo all work fine

About tags - Google + use Open Graph protocol
If the page contains Open Graph properties for the title, image, and description, they will be used for the +Snippet.

Check Google+ documentation
developers.google.com/+/web/snippet/#documentation

If in your website you do not see images, it means somethings was broken.

Need check page using Sharing Debugger
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

Then you can see what is wrong.
