I is running the component com_realestatemanager_2_1_pro_2011_12_02.zip for Joomla 2.5, please ask for assistance.

When I select the configuration menu shows me the House window, when I enter a property does not change the content. not worked with joomla 2.5

I am sorry, but when you bought component - you bought it for Joomla 1.7 !!!
Joomla 2.5 - not exist yet !

So it can't work under Joomla 2.5

So you need yous it under Joomla 1.7
