I'm experiencing the same issues with the photo slider, using IE 11 on a Windows 7 laptop. IE 10, Chrome, FF and Opera are fine.
It's definitely an IE 11 only issue. I hope you can find a fix for it, my client LOVES IE, there's no convincing him to use a different browser.

The solution that ordasoft provided me, and that work, was to replace the "awesome font" heart symbol by an image.
It is more a workaround than a fix, by it is fast to implement.

Please, refine where do you have problem - in template? or you use OS Touch Slider separately? Give us more details and we will help you.

I'm using it in a Joomla 3.3 install in addition to your Vehicle Manager components. The url to the site is: www.eliteusedcars.biz/
And like I mentioned, the slider only is messing up in IE 11, I wish Microsoft would write a decent browser that works as well as the others. You'd think after 11 versions they could get it right. UGH!
