Can you give us more detail? so did you extract the "os_realestate_november_free_v3" then open the "template" folder and then extract the "os_realestate_november_2013.zip"?

How did you load this into your server via the back end of Joomla or from the cpanel and did this load the sample date?

Hello,

For see full site on self server - you need install quick start package with sample data, as described before in this post

If you wish install alone template - you may do as you self described
files/folders upload - you need do with help FTP or cPanel
