I thought you should know
I am asking about a vehiclemanager component. It has language manager inside. I would like to know hot to add new translations properly. There is no add button in the admin panel. When I hardcode new translations into componentscom_vehiclemanagerlang I get nothing (see attachment). "_VEHICLE_MANAGER_HEADER_RESERVATION" is new hardcoded translation for English and Polish.

I understand...

But in the document you send to me these is no information about how to create NEW translations in existing languages.
The instructions say how to create a new language with existing phrases. I am about to create new phrases for existing languages.
How to do it? How to register new translations in the system?

Hello,

You can't create new phrases, for that you need know PHP / css/ html - and you need know how create components for Joomla
