OrdaSoft template Support

Hi ,

i have standard membership which means i can download the templates and started at 10 April 2014.

Unfortunately i cannot download many of them e.g. realtor template and empire template.

Which means when i go to Membership downloads page and then template download page and then at the page of e.g. realtor template there is no link to download it as exists for the other templates.

What should i do?
