OrdaSoft template Support

i have NOT purchased your template, I need some answers please.

First , I do not want to install the Quickstart on my domain, I have no problem running it on xamp for a localhost and will do that. What I want to know is

1. Do you supply step by step instructions to install your Auto Seller Template , so it will appear (with my images and data) similar to the finished product you have in the Quick Start method.

I do not want "your demo" work on my domain.

2. Do you put your trademarks or copy right information on the template and if you do , can I remove it.

3. The extension Vehicle Manager, is that free/included in the price of the template.

I hope you reply to EACH question to see how well you reply and answer direct questions, I have noticed on other replies they are very vague and avoided at time?

Also, your you tube videos do not have sound? so they are not helpful? Can you point me to where someone gets help with your products, or documentation?

Do you just assume you can ftp into any site to fix any problem since you don't seem to support your products with self help?

1. In All Joomla templates packages created by OrdaSoft you can find Quickstart Package. Quickstart Package allow you install in few clicks Joomla template, Joomla extensions and Demo data, in final you get full Joomla website.

In the downloaded file, you can find the folder with name "Quick_start_*Tempate Name".

2. You can remove copy right information in our Pro templates.

perhaps we have a language issue?

Do you sell your templates without the quick start ? I do not want all your demo site running on my site.

Let me see if I can make this clear?

I have two places to load your template ONE

1. to load it on a local pc in my home I call "local host".. aka running xamp , that allows me to see your full demo on a machine that is NOT on the internet.

2. I want to install your template on a clean NO SAMPLE DATA Joomla site, waiting on YOUR template, but zero Demo data on it.

Then I will build it with MY data, and Load YOUR extension on it, if you have directions as to HOW TO Do it.

What is a pro template, and how do I know I have it?

by "buying" your membership and downloading a template does that make it "pro" or is there some list of "pro" templates.

1. Yes, We sell our templates without the quick start. In All Joomla templates packages created by OrdaSoft you can find Joomla template file. Joomla template installation via extension should take no more than one minute.

Installing Quick Start package you get the same site as at the demo version. Quick Start package contains an entire Joomla installation and already configured Joomla template and extensions which we used on the demo site. Installing Joomla Template via Extension manager doesn't include sample date. You will need by your self to install and configure all extensions


2. Without install sample data you will not get template like on demo, but you can install it with Single Template installation

In all our templates you find DOCUMENTATION: Quickstart Package Installation, Single Template installation.

Pro templates are our paid templates. By buying membership You will get all existing templates (now more than 80) as well as all new templates that we will launch during your membership period and updates.
