OrdaSoft template Support

It can be happen if you install from Extension Manager. It can not be done in that way.


To Install Joomla Quickstart Package:
Through FileZilla or another FTP software, upload all files from QuickStart Package folder to your website directory.

Single Template installation
In All Joomla templates packages created by OrdaSoft you can find Joomla template file. Joomla template installation via extension should take no more than one minute.

What is the difference between Quick Start package and single template installation?
Installing Quick Start package you get the same site as at the demo version. Quick Start package contains an entire Joomla installation and already configured Joomla template and extensions which we used on the demo site. Installing Joomla Template via Extension manager doesn't include sample date. You will need by your self to install and configure all extensions.
I install Quick Start package but nothing is come out, what is the problem?
You forgot to install sample data. For successful template installation you need to install sample data, select Default English (G Sample Data.

Hello Tara, I do understand all these explanations.

By using WAMP or XAMPP for local host server, the file should be copied to www folder (for WAMP) and HT DOC folder for XAMPP.

And for live server, the file should be copied to public_html (www) folder via File Manager on the control panel or through any other FTP such as Filezilla, etc.

Once this copying is successful, and the file extraction from zip completed, you should visit a browser to complete your Quick Start Installation. Now, this is where the whole issue is

Most of these templates are having issues completing the Quick Start package installation using browsers such as

Internet explorer, Mozilla firefox and Google chrome.

KINDLY TEST, INSTALL THIS VERY TEMPLATE ON YOUR SYSTEM. THEN YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT MY COMPLAINTS ARE.

Through FileZilla or another FTP software, upload all files from QuickStart Package folder to your website director or you can unzip files to local folder and move it to public_htm and Open your web browser with your site.

We tested Education Streem template and all works.

Please note that the 'test1' folder in the www folder is part of the Quick Start package.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello Tara,
I appreciate your follow-up support.

I found out I could initiate Quick Start processes after your mail.

However, it is unfortunate the processes couldn't go beyond "Creating database table" before returning an error screen "Can't initialise database schema".

Tara, I will appreciate if you could complete the Quick Start installation on the domain for me.
I have forwarded the database details to your gmail account.

Meanwhile, as requested earlier, kindly provide permanent solutions to these templates related issues. I am unable to use some of the templates, especially the Quick Start packages.
