OrdaSoft template Support

My issue is related to the Real Estate November Template.

I install the Quickstart package successfully. However, the issue is as follows:

1) The Real Estate November Template DOES NOT display in the Template Manager (Extensions>Template Manager) neither Styles nor Templates sections.
2) I do see the Real Estate November template folder in my File Manager on my GoDaddy server.
3) If I try to install the Template.zip file alone via Extensions it says the directory already exist.
4) This is the weirdest of all, after Quickstart install, the template is not displayed in the Database Table "pre_template_styles" all other 4 template styles are present.
5) Not sure if this has anything to do with the problem, but when I try to unzip the Quickstart zip file on my PC, I get a pop up saying the "image file names are too long) and I have to hit the skip option for the file to completely unzip.

In summary, everything seems to install except the Real Estate November Template which is the whole point!

All files are in the Template Folder on the Server.

Like I said, Template/Files are missing in the Database Table, and the template does not display in the Template Manager. I installed Quickstart successfully as you can see in the above screen shots. I did not modify any installation files.

Only place I can see anything related to the Novemeber template is in my File Manager on my GoDaddy server. Any ideas? Thanks!
