OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,

I made a "quickstart" installation of "ecofood" template.

1. I've a single picture on my home page, with this error message:
Fatal error: Class 'mod_virtuemart_product' not found in /home/.../templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/mod_virtuemart_product/default.php on line 50

2. In virtuemart configuration panel, I've these error messages:
vmError: ??Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /home/.../templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/virtuemart??
vmError: ??Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /home/.../templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/cart??
vmError: ??Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /home/.../templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/category??

in addition,

3. for your information, during the installation process, I chose "admin" as administrator login. It's so usual it was yours too. So login was impossible and I had to change the logins in the database. perhaps could you fix this in your installation doc.

4. when searching something in your forum, the result is this 2000's style html array:

do you plan to fix it soon ?

5. this is my third try to create this ticket. previously, I had an error message about security code and my message was cleaned ! do we have limited time to write the ticket ?

Dear Arnaud,

You can post messages during any period of time.

Yes, sometimes message can be cleaned, because you set not correct security code.

Only if security code not correct, message will be cleaned.

Did you install "ecofood" template with Joomla 3 and VM 3?

After what do you have Fatal error? After installation?

Can you provide link on your website, where we can see "Fatal error: Class 'mod_virtuemart_product' not found"
