OrdaSoft template Support

I have problem with one file: it's constatly deleting it so my web not working. It's probably normal that it's deleting it as it is in temporary folder. What can i do to stop deleting it or how can i move to another folder so it can recognise it?

This is error log:

You may recover that file from Quickstart package, what you have.

They said it's in temporary folder, and it's probably done by some function.

how can i recover quickstart package and not deleting all my work?

and one more thing...

I have problems with joomla update and modules upload. it showed me those two errors:

Another error:
When inserting all informations (name, email,...) and pressing "send request" button in shows me 404 error page doesn't exists. How can i fix that?

i found out that i can't upload even media files. Is there something to do with permission for joomla update, uploading modules and media files?
