OrdaSoft template Support

I was trying to change a picture on the back end(I use xampp), using the RealEstateManager : Houses and I got this error:
"Warning: imagejpeg(/opt/lampp/htdocs/real_estate/index/components/com_realestatemanager/photos/AF04F016-2F60-22D0-758E-B57141326681_1980x1088_150_150_2_.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /opt/lampp/htdocs/real_estate/index/components/com_realestatemanager/functions.php on line 1703"

all problems with your server files/folder permissions

I changed permissions of the file to 755 (using the command chmod), and then to 777 and I still get the same error.
