OrdaSoft template Support

Hi!

I bought this 90$ membership.

I've downloaded sweet home real estate and installed it regarding the documentation from the archive. The problem is that the images are not displayed and i dont find dump.sql in the package to import it. A little help?

I've already wrote down the problem to an email and nobody is answering 2 weeks yet. So WHERE THE SUPPORT IN THIS 90$ MEMBERSHIP IS?

Some time we can't reply to email, because our clients have problems with receive email. In so case, we are asking: "Please write to forum" So you may see our reply.

The problem is that the images are not displayed
The images you see in the screenshots and demo versions are used for demonstration purposes only, they are not included in the download package.The original ones are replaces with placeholders.
You may upload self images - and for you all will look good

i dont find dump.sql in the package to import it.
Why You need it ?
At time, when you do QuckStart install - you receive full site and you will receive import to database

It is good to include the info about the placeholders in the documentation, because in first look it appears as something wrong.

That was the reason to look about dump.sql because other competition sites provide this "dump.sql method to insert the demo pics"".

I have another question - how to change the color of the buttons and button text?

Please check attachment image

1 select some link and press on it right button of the mouse
2 select "Inspect element"
3 see link
4 - you see windows where you may check all styles for "link",
5 please find "color"
6 You see file name and row number where set that collor
Please go to that file and replace it

3. How and from where to translate the search and the add new house?
4. In fact how and from where to translate the real estate manager component?

About the colors:

I tried your method and after saving the file and refreshing the site the color's back immediately in the previous one?!

Is there some kind of protection?

I cant see the lager size of the image...
Right click on the image and choose "Open image in new tab"

1. How to put images in agents profiles?
If the user has not uploaded a photo during registration, you can download it yourself, or change the photo in the standard Joomla user manager:
Joomla Admin Menu:
Users -> Manage -> select user -> tab User Profile -> at the bottom "Profile image"

Or by component Simplemembership:
Components ->Simple-Membership

2. How to change the background pic in the footer?
Open an image with the previous post. By the same principle is changing the background and many other parameters. It is desirable to have knowledge of HTML and CSS.
