OrdaSoft template Support

Hi all,
1)This is my website which i built using the Eco House template (Purchase Order - 6969). I want to make some changes regarding the green color that appears in the "subscribe" button at the bottom of the page. In the documentation ordasoft.com/template_documentation/joomla-ecohouse/ there is no place saying how to change the green color of the button. I want to green to be white, which means #ffffff. ( I want it to be like the "send message" button).

2) Moreover, as you can see in the attachment i want to add a blue line at the back of the main menu. I want to ask how i can add this like and also whether this like is going to be the same for all the devices or it depends on the screen size of each screen?
