OrdaSoft template Support

Sorry by disturbing, but i need your help
1.-I need translate Agent Profile (Owner data) but i don't know where is
i'm use admin->Extensions-> Languages -> Overrides, but not translate the title (Agent Profile)
2.- I need view help text in text field (as well as in the attached image). Now is not displayed. That I have to do?

For change "Agent Profile"
Go to the:
Extensions->Modules->Agent Profile
and change Title of the module

For view help text in text field:
