OrdaSoft template Support

I'm trying to install the casualcloth template, each time the extension manager answers

There was an error uploading this file to the server

I have unzipped the main file Basic_December_2012_Casualclothes_v2 and select template_casualclothes.zip to be installed.

Need urgent help, the sample data neither works as there is a user mismatch problem.

Best way install ours templates - instal every with help quick start. With that you will take full site with all components and modules preinstalled.

If you wish install alone template - you may do exactly as you self try do.
For you all look like you can't upload file to server.
You need check file size: template_casualclothes.zip
and check yours max_upload_file and max_post_size variables on yours httpd server, please set for this variables more big values.

I have tried both, your sample data includes an admin user and therefore even after having input my own password I have no access to the site, I had to use phpmyadmin to change manually this password and later delete your user. This has no sense.

If installing only the template I had to recompress the folder because your template included also the folder, not only the subfolders.
Also there is a png file way too large for a template, using a one Mb graphic file for a "suposed" mobile template ?

1. For installing site like on demo, we provide "quickstart packages"
how to install "quickstart packages" read here:

2. for the first time please use admin/admin (after installation you will be able change in admin area)

3. All images in template it's only for showcase, after installing template please use your own images with optimum size for you

i download standar auto dealer ship april2012, i will like to know how i install full quick start with out zip quick start???

i am asking because there is not quuick start zip


p`lease help . i really like this template and i am waiting to instal quick star with full demo.

Open sub folder "Template package Auto Dealership April 2012"

there you will find:
- Template_package_Auto_dealership_april_2012.jpa
- kickstart.php
- en-GB.kickstart.ini

upload this files to hosting and in browser enter: www.yoursite.com/kickstart.php
and install site
