OrdaSoft template Support

I bought the template Luxury Estate and Real Estate Manager Pro.

The template doesn't work like the demo on the site.

For example:
On the homepage 2 instead of 3 houses appear next to each other.
The single page for a hous doesn't show the page like the demo and when you click on the small photo's the whole window shows black.

Dear user, if you want to get exactly the same theme like on demo Luxury Estate
you need install "Quick start package"
Quick_Start_OrdaSoft_Template_Real_Estate_Luxury_Apartments.zip

Thanks, after installing the Quick version with sample data it worked on de Joomla version 2.5.7. But after updating to Joomla 2.5.9. in the header the social networks and the login disappear.
