OrdaSoft template Support

I found a very nice video on youtube how template manager work with logo, layout etc., but I cant find these functions at my template. only I can edit some php and css files...
and so the template doesn't look like the demo on your site, in spite of you promised so...
can you help me?

You need to install Quick Start Package, and you will get absolutely the same site like on DEMO.

sorry for the latelly answer but on the ordasoft.com the forum didn't work.

of course I have already installed the Quick Start Package as we can see on the demo. but in that way we couldn't see (choose) this template between the templates while I installed it separatelly.
after that for example a few difference:
the search box isn't tha same
the shopping basket isn't acitve
the main menu seems only once (on the top OR on the bottom) against on the demo twice (on the top and on the bottom)
when we put the main menu to the main menu position the text has blue colour
we can't find a slide show module

for the present that's enough

Dear user I just installed Quick Start Package and Site exactly the same like on demo

Are you sure in:
8. Main Configuration

On Main Configuration page you can add a site Name, username and password for first installation set admin / admin, and email for the administrator. IMPORTANT for successful installation Joomla Template Package press "Install Sample Data".

so, in main configurations page I set a different e-mail, and username/password, and we have never installed sample data, but I'll try it as soon...
