I have already contacted support 3 times and got no response ... I am very disappointed and feel cheated ....
I noticed that the problem has to do with the permissions of the folders and files that should be for 0755 folders and 0755 files, which is quite xato erivado `the amount of files that a site has joomla, rectify all ... WHEN I GOT INSTALAT JOOMLA, DESPITE THE FILES BEING THERE TEMPLATE, JOOMLA TEMPLATE NOT ASSUMED THE MANAGER ... SHOULD NOT BE A QUICK START ... THANKED THE SUPPORT IS BEING VERY UNPLEASANT .... I NEED A NORMAL SOLUTION IF ELSE MONEY BACK...

Hello,
About what template you talking? in April 2013 we released 4 Joomla templates.
Permissions should be: for Folders 0755, for files 0644
I really wont to help you, but I need to know:
1. Name of template what are you using, as I said in April 2013 we released 4 Joomla templates for virtuemart
2. File Permissions, but it's really strangely, because we test all our templates on Demo site, but Ok, we check again
3. I didn't understand what you mean, in "DESPITE THE FILES BEING THERE TEMPLATE, JOOMLA TEMPLATE NOT ASSUMED THE MANAGER"
You can't install Joomla template via extension manager?

Hi,
Template is VirtueMart Template Shopper (April 2013).
File permission, in your template is 0777 to folders and 0666 to files. In most cases when i shop a template comes folder 0755 and files 0644.
This causes most of the servers do not run, even with the installation. Solution Correct all folders and files regarding permissions. To utilizadoes like me who does not have exprência in SSH or Tiny, having to do manaualmente. Now imagine manually in thousands of files that the template has. I already bought many templates and is the first time that this happens and e being quite boring, even for more when I sent 5 requests help for your contact form. Ie for a template that has a "quick start", it is not and I'm in it for three days. I am to see you have managed to install the template, but I'm not even halfway to manually switch the permissions of files and folders, when could you guys already have the template so or to download a solution with these characteristics. It is part of good customer service.
Like if possible to send me one. Template already with zip files with these permissions, I deduce that for you should be easy.
