Hi, I just bought the above template, so i am just wondering if there is any chance to change the theme from color yellow to white or gray? Please provide details. Thanks in advance.

You need go to:
...templates/template_os_toolstore_may_2013/css/style.css


and edit:
background-color: #F9B816; line 126
