I am using Real estate pro version, i bought the pro package a week ago, with November ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/Real-Estat...e-november-2013.html tenplate

I replaced {site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.html.php and
{site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.php with the files you send me but nothing!


I am dveloping the website in my localhost in my computer. It;s not in the internet yet. May i send you my filles?

My site zipped files and my databate .sql file with wetransfer?

We proposed fix to you your version, and we thought you use component, not some template.

Because that please return back all files what you changed.

Advance search layout what you show - not exits in current free version., it exist only ion Pro version and template what you show created special for free version, there are all layouts created for Free version !!!!!

Please in some default joomla template install pro version - check all, and only after that try move to free template, and you must forecast : all free layouts have shirk features compare with Pro version

I have bought REAL ESTATE MANAGER PRO VERSION

I bought it and installed it in November template THAT WAS FREE. The template only. I updated the REM free version with REM PRO VERSION

I paid with paypal. So i use full component.

And it's not working. It's making me crazy. Please i will transfer my files to a web server. May i give you the passowrds to check what's wrong.Please i will say it again, i am using REM PRO VERSION. Please help

The problems i want to ckeck are:

CALENDAR I have 2 problems.

[A]when a user returns a house from rent earlier than the date he rented the house, the date remains red in the calendar showing that is not available. However if you place a rent request that include the dates the former customer cancelled, the system will accept it. However, in calendar is still rent! Why? If ones ends the rent, cancels it, it must me green in the calendar from the day he cancelled and on. For example a user rents a house from 4/4 to 10/4. In calendar it must be red. If the user returns from rent or cancels teh rent from 6/4 and on, in calnder from 4/4 to 5/4 it must be fre and from 6/4 and on it must be green and available for rent again. Please i want a solution beacuase i have bought this package and it is a major issue

[B]So I replaced the files with those in email. The problem with return house from rent is solved. Yet i have another problem. When a user rents a house the calendar is rent for this users period. When another user sents a rent request for another period, and admin accepts this period turns red as it is supposed to, but the previous remains green! Why the house is still rent fo both periods!it must remember all rent periods. for example if it is rent for 4/4/20104 to 14/4/2014 (period 1), 4/5/20104 to 24/5/2014(period 2) and 6/6/20104 to 10/8/2014 (period 3), all this periods must be RED not green. However red is only the last period for which the admin accepted a rent request. Only the last. Not all. that's wrong

[C] I want the calendar of the house to be synchronised both in English and Greek. I am using a multilingual site. I am creating two different houses for the menus. But when a user rents a house in greek menu for ex 14/5/2014 to 25/9/2014, this period in calendar must be red both in greek and the english menu. By creating two different houses for the two menus this can'e be done. If i create one, it will be in one language only. How may i translate it and keep calendar updated?


SEARCH I have 2 problems.

[A]. In this img i can select the date i want with just a click:

But in CATEGORIES -> SEARCH HOUSES in the frontent, i must type the date as you can see here: . in search i want to select the date, not only type it. How i can change this?

[B]Also in search i don't want all these fields: . How can i select the fields i want, like in RealEstateManager Search Free ?

Any news/solutions on that?
