Joomla Real Estate

Hi,

I purchased the Royal Estate template and set it up for a customer. The customer wanted to know why the email notifications were not being received despite being correctly setup in the back-end. I read through the forum to find out why and it would appear that the template ships with the standard version and not realestatemanager pro and that that specific feature is not available in the standard version. Is this correct?

Because the customer has seen the option i.e. it is not disabled or removed they now think that the software is faulty.

What options are available to me to get them a working email solution for this template? The site is already live and has been operating for two months.

Email notifications is available in the standard version.

Check, please settings in admin: Components - RealEstateManager :: Settings - Email and Notification Settings
