Hello,

You need go to admin area - RealEstateManager : Language Manager put Sqrt in Value constant and choose Language you need and rename Sqrt to m².

(or use this constant to find Sqrt - _REALESTATE_MANAGER_LABEL_SIZE_SUFFIX)
