A few days ago I made a backup manually (using ftp) of my website (inmobiliariadei.com)
I restored the web and now I can't suspend any house.

I assume that could be the privilegies in some file or directory to write or modify a file,

All the files was uploaded in this way rw- r-- r--

Do I need to change some files to rw- rw- rw- ?

We doesn't know how did you make backup and was it successful or not.

On below website all seems works

Depending on the security configuration of your Web server the recommended default permissions are:
755 for directories
644 for files
Don't use extensions that require 777 permissions
