Joomla Real Estate

Please I need your help. Everything on the REM component works fine, except for the function DELETE on the front-end toolbar.

Before this was working but a few days ago just, the users are just disable to delete their own properties.
I just can do it thru the administrator panel (back-end).

When I click the bottom, it makes like works, but I return to check, and nothing happened (the houses are still listed)


My system is:
Joomla 3.6.2
RealEstateManager 3.8 PRO

How can I fix this?

1. Please, try update component to last version. We have sent it on your emails with all details.

2. If you use Quickstart and OS Simple Membership -
Joomla Membership Extension, please Synchronize Joomla Users with Simple Membership.
