I like very much template freeestate from Free version of RealEstateManager.

Can Classic template be replaced by Freeestate?

Not Full understand what you mean under "replace"

You may try next
1 - do full "classic" site backup(files and database)
2 - install to some test site Freeestate template
3 - do full export from RealEstateManager from Classic
4 - save all files from folder {your Classic site}/components/com_realestatemanager/photos
5 - move these "photos" folder to your { Freeestate site}
6 - do full import file which you receive at step 3
7 If all OK move { Freeestate site} to { Classic site}

I like freestate tamplate that is included in Free Quick Start Package.

Can we use this template instead of Clasic one?
