I have question what to do with saving descrption in database in only one language.
May I somehow do redirection on lang specific joomla article form link in description of house? Or how I can work around it without having change db structure and changing code of all RM components.

The best feater I can suggest for futer releases is to make houses lang dependent as normal joomla articles. Becouse currency and so on also can be different. Or may categories lang dependent Now they are all in one list.

sorry, I not know how create link what will replace depend from site language.
You may check joomla replace plugins, but I not know support that language or not.

Yes in future version we will and multy language support for content
