Hi
Is it possible to differentiate the marker for lease from the ones already leased, e.g. by using a different color or identification type (for example for lease - red and leased - blue)?

Hello,
For that will need full rebuild rent algorithm.
Now Real Estate manager support multy rent algorithm. You may lease one property multiple times but for different days.
We show that in property "Rent status"

Same thing but in other, simplier way. I need to add custom marker on the maps in property details view and in category view, that will be showing location of our office.
I think, that this will be a lot easier to do, cause we don't have to handle different input data.

It's not so difficult to add static markeron the map, but I can live without it for now.

I am sorry, but now ours component not support that. If you you that not difficult - you self can add that.
For me that will need spend many time for check where to and how add that.
You may write to ours upport form and ask custom version with that features, or you may add that self, ours component Open Source
