I have a problem. There's a label "HOA_dues", that is translated in language file, but it still displays "HOA_dues", not translation. It doesn't look like fallback to english.

components/com_realestatemanager/languages/polish.php on line 512:

Hello,

You do replace in correct place.

First of all you need see polish.php included to yours site or not. Alone need check for backend and for frontend.

Next you need clean all cache for yours site. And for check turn off cache at all

After that all must work

Cache is clean, cause I don't use it at all. File polish.php works fine in all other cases, besides this one.

You have super user access to my site since 5 days.
Ms Irina asked me to send also FTP access details, so I did it about 5 minutes ago.

Your FTP was wrong, we can't access to it, because on this way we found empty folder.
