Again for see where error - we need full error report.

Links in Real estate manager component may not work only if some problem with menu.
- First please update menu to real estate component
- Next you may turn off SEO urls in Joomla global setting, if all start work and you did point 1, problems may be in real estate router.php file
so you need write to us.

If you have not work links to some real Estate Module
- First please update menu to real estate component
- Please check ItemID parameter in module and set to it ID for real estate component menu ID

I am trying to set the search for number of bedrooms as you did. I have a couple of questions:

1. Why you do not need to include a SELECT form tag in order to choose the number of bedrooms to be sent to the function to filter sql data .

2. It seem that you get 2 lists
$bedroomslist and $bedroomslisto Why do you want to have these two. Or you wish to have the list of houses between a min and max number of bedrooms.

3. You are always working in mod_realestatemanagersearch.php file or you need to include code in another one.

Now you may do search for bedroom only as checkbox, as you ,may see in advance search in Pro version.

If you need do that like from - to. Need together will module rebuild search function for component.
You may do that check how we work with Price_from, Price_to
