I've found these problems when I use mod_realestatemanager_new with friendly URL's:

Unchanged {mySite}/components/com_realestatemanager/router.php:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /mcboHogar/<br /><b>Notice</b>: Trying to get property of non-object in <b>C:/wamp/www/mcboHogar/components/com_realestatem...router.php</b> on line <b>20</b><br />localhost/mcboHogar/index.php/component/...a/8/casita-de-prueba on this server.

Commenting lines 18 to 27 in {mySite}/components/com_realestatemanager/router.php:

Result: localhost/mcboHogar/index.php/component/...a/8/casita-de-prueba
Should be: localhost/mcboHogar/index.php/component/...a/8/casita-de-prueba

Without friendly URL's, these errors don't appear.

What should I do to fix them?

Commenting lines 18 to 27 in {mySite}/components/com_realestatemanager/router.php:

Please remove line 20 && ($menu->getItem($query['Itemid'])->component == 'com_realestatemanager'
at {mySite}/components/com_realestatemanager/router.php:
