Estate attachment and images position

Hi, i have these 2 problems:
for both of em you can check here: www.mediaconsul.it/web/index.php/it/comp.../Luxury/24/ms-lx-123
1- Attachment is not working, i get an error if i try to download it
Moreover, is it possible to add more than one attachment?
2- Additional images position is not working properly, some line has 3 images, some other only 2, other 5 (the working ones).
How can i fix?

now attachment is perfectly working.
But the second file changes the thumbnails visualization.. i preferred the previous one. Moreover now not all the images are displayed.

There is no folder "includes" inside {site}/components/com_realestatemanager/

edit: i found file inside this folder
{site}/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager/includes/realestatemanager.css
is it right?
i added rows at the end of the css file, than cleaned joomla and browser cache but seems nothing changed
