Hi!

I am trying to install the free real estate joomla templates, but not appearing in the list of joomla template manager. I installed the 2.5version on joomla 2.5 and 3.1 on joomla3.2 version. neither any error msg appears nor it says installed successfully, although templates from other joomla template sites are installing successfully..

Also same problem for the real estate manager pls help.
