Simple membership Component-Modules Support

Hallo!
I'm trying to setup the Simple Membership Component (Free version) on my Joomla 2.5.28 website.

I've installed the component, the PLUGIN USER and the MODULE USER PROFILE (both activated).

Unfortunately I can't understand the documentation very well....sorry.

When I click on the "Sync users" I have an error:

ERROR[object XMLHttpRequest]


NOTE: in the end I would like to have a EXPIRATION DATE FIELD for every Registered User.

On my website now I have 193 Registered Users (Group: Registered).

Any help will be very appreciated.
