Cannot Uninstall Simple Membership Component

I am getting the "Please past text to modal" text appearing under my vehicle listings on the details page and was going to try uninstalling the Simple Membership Component and reinstall. However, when I try to uninstall I get a blank screen.

Did you try make that via Extension - Manage? Please try again and if you face with any problems, write on our contact form and send access.
