VehicleManager component support

Thank you for your reply, Yes I made sure the module was set up to display the image and I even made sure there were images in the vehicle item listing, which is actually your sample data that came with the component.So I even tried deleteing the sample data photo for a vehicle and uploaded new images and still no images showing in the module at all.

In fact, the module will ONLY show up on the front end when you ad category IDs, when you try adding just vehicle IDs the module completely disappears like I initially mentioned in this post.

Further more, the module patch you emailed me, i am unable to install and get error messages? Which I attached some screenshots to show you all of these issues.

Can you please help me resolve this sooner than later.

Seriously I am about to ask for a refund because this is getting to be ridiculous. Your component is riddled with problems, your so called manual is out of date and lacks the proper information and details, your module does not even work right, and I have to wait 24 hours or more for a single response in a forum that usually is not helpful????

If you can not get this fixed and as soon as possible I will demand my money back and I will most definitely be posting a very poor review of your extension on Joomla.org warning others to take thier business elswhere. Why would you try and sell your component and module stating it is Joomla 3.0 ready compliant when it is very obvious it is not.

I have tried to be patient and I know your trying to help but you are definitely falling short of the mark in support and a quality product at this point.
