I would like to make the description windows smaller, the one that you will see when you are adding a vehicle to the component...

Hello,

You can just drag over window, and make it smaller.

see attached image

In other way this need change in code, set new styles for that window, for backend and frontend.

Hello,

you need edit admin_vehiclemanager.css in next folder:

your websitet/administrator/components/com_vehiclemanager/admin_vehiclemanager.css

and set new width for Description field.
