I was having problems with BookLibray after migrating to Joomla version 3.5.0. I wound up with issues with menus, hyperlinks, and other. I went through and changed "3.5.0" to "4.5.0" in the following files:

functions.php,
compat.joomla1.5.php
booklibrary.php
booklibrary.class.php
router.php
install.booklibrary.helper.php
allcategorylayout.php
book.php
categorylay.php
categorylayout.php
showsearchbooklayout.php
singlecatlay.php
viewauthorlay.php
viewauthorlayout.php
viewauthorslayout.php
viewbooklay.php
viewbooklayout.php

My BookLibrary is working, menu links are working, hyperlinks are working. I would image you need to find the equivalent VehicleManager files I realize that Taras will need to come out with a new version supporting Joomla 3.5.0 but for now this allows my site to work.
