I have noticed that VM has stopped working in Outlook but works in Gmail and Yahoo. Any idea why? I have not changed any settings and have the Global Settings in Joomla on PHP Mail.

Hello,
It could be server issue. Because server send messages. We use in our component mail settings according Joomla standards.
Use Gmail and Yahoo if they works.
Try contact your host provider and ask about Outlook issue.
