VehicleManager component support

Hi there,

Each vehicle in my vehicles for sale lists has a "FOR SALE" tag on it.

Is there a way to change "FOR SALE" to "SOLD" when a vehicle has been sold and then to have the "SOLD" vehicles "UNPUBLISH" after - say - 7 days?

I see there is a "Sales Manager" but when I click on it there are no records in the table? Is there a way to use this "module" to mark vehicles as "SOLD"? Will "SOLD" vehicles automatically unpublish?

Thank you for your question.

1) To change "FOR SALE" to "SOLD" possible with help VehicleManager :: Language Manager - put "FOR SALE" in Value constant choose Language and rename as you want.

2. Make feature like: label will changing after vehicle has been sold and "SOLD" vehicles become "UNPUBLISHED" will be customization service. It is paid work. Such option need develop special for You.

"Sales Manager" it is not module. This part of component options.

No.... you are not understanding the question.

I do not want to change "FOR SALE" to "SOLD" for EVERY advert. ONLY for those adverts where the vehicles have actually been sold!

So..... It should be:
If Vehicle.ForSale then
label caption on picture = "FOR SALE"
Else
label caption on picture = "SOLD"

This you say is development work?

OK... Pardon me using the wrong wording. So the "Sales Manager" is part of the "Component".
So how do I go about getting items to appear under "Sales Manager"?
Is there something that needs to be done to "request a sale" and then something else needs to be done to "accept the sale"?
Can this list be used to change the "FOR SALE" to "SOLD"?

We have two labels For rent and for Sale.

You offer new option - show label "Sold", when vehicle has been sold.

This is development work, because need modify component for your needs.


Can you specify what do you want get under "Sales Manager"?
