How can I change both the email subject line and body text to "Test Drive Request"? I would also need to change the text in the Buy Request Tab for the Vehicle Entry.

Hello,

You can change body text in VehicleManager : Language Manager.

For example add _VEHICLE_MANAGER_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_BUYING_REQUEST_ANSWER in Constant

and edit body of NOTIFICATION

Change subject you can in vehiclemanager.php

location: /your website /components/com_vehiclemanager
