No delete button on My vehicles page

I can publish a new vehicle listing from the front end and then edit it by accessing the My Vehicles page, but there is no delete button. How do I enable this feature?

I enabled the Owner's List page, made it visible to registered users only like the My Vehicles page, but I still don't see any Delete Vehicle button. In fact, the two pages appear to be identical.

Do I need to increase the user level in order to see the Delete Vehicle button? It is currently set simply as Registered User.
