Hello
"Vehicle Manager" component ordasoft.com/vehicle-manager-joomla-automotive-extension
created for give user quickly create Vehicle sites.
If you need Page Builder or CCK - you may use OS CCK (Content Construction Kit ) ordasoft.com/cck-content-construction-kit-for-joomla.html
There you have Page builder, But every form, show and add layouts you will need create it self.
But in CCK you will have only fields witch you need.

Hi
You can edit Vehicle Manager Extension - only if you know PHP/CSS/HTML
If you will use OS CCK - you may create site look like "Vehicle Manager" - without know PHP/CSS/HTML.
But you will need self create all forms
